RTS is a small, independant, privately owned business specializing in PC hardware and software services for local customers. We are located in West Dundee, IL with the objective of maintaining a minimal business size and preserving constumer focus and low cost pricing for smaller to medium sized projects.
Why RTS
Cost - By maintaining relationships with small businesses and focusing on the little guy, we can keep our costs down and maintain more intimate relationships with our customers. In addition, we make a practice of not charging for "computer time"; only our hours will be charged. If our customer needs a maintainence or diagnostic operation that may require hours of processing time but minimal user interaction, we will only log the setup time for the routine and not the operating time.
Professional - We are extremely tenacious about our work and the satisfaction of our customers. If something does not meet your expectations, we will work through it together, or if a project grows past the capacity of our services, we will help any way we can to direct you someone who can pick up the project from that point.
